Almond Butter Porridge

Almond Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 80g rolled oats
  • 300ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Combine oats, oat milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir frequently for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter.
  4. Pour into a bowl, top with banana slices and drizzle with honey.
