Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate (70%), broken
  • 80g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g coconut sugar
  • 100g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together gently.
  3. Whisk eggs and coconut sugar until pale. Fold in chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in almond flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
  5. Pour into tin and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool fully before cutting.
