Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate (70%), broken
- 80g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100g coconut sugar
- 100g almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter together gently.
- Whisk eggs and coconut sugar until pale. Fold in chocolate mixture.
- Fold in almond flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
- Pour into tin and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool fully before cutting.
