Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric & Ginger Blend

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground cloves

Method

  1. Combine all spices in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Transfer to a clean, dry jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Label with the date and store in a cool, dark cupboard.
  4. Use within 6 months.

Tips

Use 1 tsp per serving. Stir into warm oat milk with honey for golden milk, add to porridge, blend into smoothies, or season roasted vegetables. Always include black pepper — it dramatically increases curcumin absorption.
