Ingredients
- 4 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground cloves
Method
- Combine all spices in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to a clean, dry jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Label with the date and store in a cool, dark cupboard.
- Use within 6 months.
Tips
Use 1 tsp per serving. Stir into warm oat milk with honey for golden milk, add to porridge, blend into smoothies, or season roasted vegetables. Always include black pepper — it dramatically increases curcumin absorption.
