Ingredients
- ¼ white cabbage, finely shredded
- ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 50g edamame
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Method
- Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and ginger for the dressing.
- Combine both cabbages, carrots, spring onions and edamame in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the slaw and toss well.
- Scatter sesame seeds on top.
- Leave to marinate for 15 minutes before serving for best flavour.
