Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, frozen and sliced
- 60g walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Blend frozen banana with cinnamon and vanilla until completely smooth and creamy.
- Fold through most of the walnuts.
- Serve immediately or freeze 1 hour for a firmer texture.
- Top with remaining walnuts.
