Ingredients
- 400g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- Sauce: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornflour, 100ml beef stock
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Brown rice to serve
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Stir-fry beef over high heat 2 min; remove.
- Fry garlic, ginger and broccoli 3 min; add beef and sauce.
- Toss and cook 1–2 min until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
