Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Chia jam: 150g mixed berries, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup — simmered 5 min then cooled
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Blend oats to a rough flour.
- Mix with almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt into a dough.
- Roll into 14 balls; press a well in each.
- Bake 12 min; re-press wells while warm.
- Fill with cooled chia jam. Cool completely before storing.
