Ingredients
- 200g blueberries
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 litre cold sparkling or still water
- Ice, lemon slices to serve
Method
- Simmer blueberries and lavender with 200ml water for 5 min; cool and strain.
- Mix blueberry-lavender syrup with lemon juice and honey.
- Dilute to taste with cold water; serve over ice.
