Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Warm almond butter and honey in a pan until runny; stir in vanilla.
- Mix oats, cacao, seeds and salt in a bowl; pour over warm mixture and stir.
- Press firmly into a lined tray; refrigerate 2 hours until set.
- Cut into 10 bars. Keep refrigerated up to 10 days.
