Ingredients
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Measure all spices into a bowl.
- Stir together thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust heat by adding more or less cayenne.
- Store in a sealed jar for up to 6 months.
- Use as a dry rub or mix with oil for a marinade.
