Chia Seed Pudding

Make a big batch on Sunday and have breakfast sorted for the whole week.

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Sliced mango and kiwi to serve

Method

  1. Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla together.
  2. Leave for 5 minutes then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir well before serving and top with fresh fruit.
