Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Sliced mango and kiwi to serve
Method
- Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla together.
- Leave for 5 minutes then whisk again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir well before serving and top with fresh fruit.
