Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 120g cooked chicken breast, sliced
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Handful of watercress
- 2 slices tomato
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Toast the sourdough slices lightly.
- Spread one slice with mashed avocado, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the other slice with Dijon mustard.
- Layer chicken, tomato and watercress.
- Press together, slice diagonally and serve.
