Chicken & Mango Avocado Wrap

Tender grilled chicken, creamy avocado and sweet mango in a wholemeal wrap — a balanced, satisfying lunch under 500 calories.

Chicken & Mango Avocado Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 large wholemeal tortilla
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ ripe avocado, mashed
  • ½ mango, peeled and diced
  • Handful of mixed salad leaves
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Season mashed avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat. Spread the avocado over the centre.
  3. Layer on the salad leaves, sliced chicken, mango and red onion.
  4. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Slice in half and serve.

Tips

Swap mango for peach or nectarine in season. Add a drizzle of sriracha or hot sauce if you like heat.
