Ingredients
- 600g chicken breast, cubed
- Marinade: 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper
- 1 red pepper, 1 red onion — cut into chunks
- Tzatziki: 200g Greek yogurt, ½ cucumber grated and squeezed, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp fresh dill, lemon juice
- Warm pittas to serve
Method
- Marinate chicken at least 30 min (overnight ideal).
- Thread chicken and veg alternately on skewers.
- Grill or griddle 12–15 min, turning, until cooked through.
- Mix tzatziki ingredients. Serve skewers with pittas and tzatziki.
