Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, cubed
- 200ml natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 150ml single cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Fresh coriander
- Cauliflower rice to serve
Method
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka paste for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until charred at the edges.
- Soften onion, add garlic and garam masala, cook 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes, stir in cream.
- Add chicken, simmer 5 more minutes. Serve with coriander and cauliflower rice.
