Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 2 pak choi, quartered
- 3 spring onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Method
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornflour in a small bowl.
- Stir-fry chicken in a hot wok until golden, set aside.
- Fry garlic and ginger 30 seconds, then add peppers and pak choi.
- Return chicken and pour over the sauce.
- Toss everything together over high heat for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
