Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled and halved crossways
- 150g dark chocolate (70%+), melted
- 50g crushed roasted peanuts or hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
- Insert a lolly stick into each banana half; freeze 2 hours until solid.
- Dip frozen banana in melted chocolate; roll in nuts or coconut.
- Return to freezer on parchment 30 min to set.
