Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 300ml oat milk
  • Handful of ice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until thick and creamy.
  3. Taste — add more cocoa for intensity or more banana for sweetness.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
