Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 150g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Smoked salmon to top (optional)
Method
- Slice cucumber into 1.5cm rounds.
- Mix cream cheese with dill, chives, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round.
- Top with a small piece of smoked salmon if using.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
