Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (70%+), broken
- 80g whole almonds, toasted
- Flaked sea salt
- Optional: freeze-dried raspberries, orange zest
Method
- Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Pour onto a parchment-lined tray; spread to 5mm thick.
- Scatter almonds and any extras; sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate 1 hour until set; break into shards.
