Three-ingredient dark chocolate bark with toasted almonds and sea salt — a sophisticated treat.

Dark Chocolate & Almond Bark

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (70%+), broken
  • 80g whole almonds, toasted
  • Flaked sea salt
  • Optional: freeze-dried raspberries, orange zest

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Pour onto a parchment-lined tray; spread to 5mm thick.
  3. Scatter almonds and any extras; sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour until set; break into shards.
