Ingredients
- 150g medjool dates, pitted
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
- Blend dates in a food processor until a paste forms.
- Add oats, cocoa, protein powder and almond butter. Pulse until combined.
- Roll into 12 balls, then roll each in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
