Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 150g medjool dates, pitted
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Blend dates in a food processor until a paste forms.
  2. Add oats, cocoa, protein powder and almond butter. Pulse until combined.
  3. Roll into 12 balls, then roll each in desiccated coconut.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
