Edamame with Sea Salt

The perfect snack — high in plant protein, ready in five minutes.

Edamame with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 300g frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional)

Method

  1. Boil edamame in well-salted water for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle generously with sea salt flakes.
  4. Squeeze over lime juice if using.
  5. Eat by popping the beans from the pods — the pods themselves are not eaten.
