Ingredients
- 300g frozen edamame in pods
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- Juice of ½ lime (optional)
Method
- Boil edamame in well-salted water for 4–5 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to a bowl.
- Sprinkle generously with sea salt flakes.
- Squeeze over lime juice if using.
- Eat by popping the beans from the pods — the pods themselves are not eaten.
