Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt, pepper
- 8 Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
Method
- Mix eggs with mayo, mustard, celery and herbs; season well.
- Spoon into lettuce cups and serve with lemon wedges.
