Ingredients
- 400g mango purée (2 large mangoes)
- 300g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp lime juice
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds or a lined loaf tin.
- Freeze overnight until solid.
- If using loaf tin, slice into bars once frozen.
