Golden Milk Latte

A warming, caffeine-free drink with anti-inflammatory properties — brilliant before bed.

Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • 300ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Heat oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat — do not boil.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in honey and vanilla.
  4. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a pinch of extra cinnamon.
