Ingredients
- 300ml oat milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Heat oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat — do not boil.
- Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper.
- Remove from heat, stir in honey and vanilla.
- Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a pinch of extra cinnamon.
