Ingredients
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 100g Kalamata olives
- 150g feta cheese, cubed
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and olives in a large bowl.
- Scatter feta over the top.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar and oregano together for the dressing.
- Pour dressing over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper. Do not toss — let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
