Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 80g butter, melted
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 200g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Mixed berry compote to serve
Method
- Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Press into the base of a lined tin. Chill 30 minutes.
- Beat Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour over the chilled base and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with berry compote and slice to serve.
