Greek Yogurt Honey Pots with Walnut Crunch

Greek Yogurt Honey Pots with Walnut Crunch

Ingredients

  • 400g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 60g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh figs or berries, to serve

Method

  1. Toast walnuts and sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden. Season with salt and cinnamon.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, stir and cool slightly.
  3. Divide yogurt between glasses or bowls.
  4. Drizzle with honey and top with the walnut crunch.
  5. Add fresh figs or berries and serve immediately.

Tips

High in protein and probiotics from the yogurt. Walnuts are an excellent source of omega-3s. Use Manuka honey for added antimicrobial benefits.
