Ingredients
- 400g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 60g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh figs or berries, to serve
Method
- Toast walnuts and sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden. Season with salt and cinnamon.
- Drizzle with olive oil, stir and cool slightly.
- Divide yogurt between glasses or bowls.
- Drizzle with honey and top with the walnut crunch.
- Add fresh figs or berries and serve immediately.
Tips
High in protein and probiotics from the yogurt. Walnuts are an excellent source of omega-3s. Use Manuka honey for added antimicrobial benefits.
