Ingredients
- 200g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp granola (low-sugar)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 80g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 50g blueberries
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add half the granola and half the fruit.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola and fruit.
- Drizzle with honey, scatter over almonds and dust with cinnamon.
Tips
For a higher-protein version, stir a scoop of vanilla protein powder into the yogurt before layering.
