Greek Yogurt Parfait

Layers of creamy yogurt, crunchy granola and fresh fruit — ready in 5 minutes and packed with protein and probiotics.

Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 200g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp granola (low-sugar)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 80g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Add half the granola and half the fruit.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola and fruit.
  4. Drizzle with honey, scatter over almonds and dust with cinnamon.

Tips

For a higher-protein version, stir a scoop of vanilla protein powder into the yogurt before layering.
