Ingredients
- 1 green papaya (about 400g), peeled and shredded
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 100g green beans, halved
- 2 red chillies
- 2 garlic cloves
- Dressing: 3 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp palm sugar or honey
- 60g roasted peanuts
- Fresh coriander
Method
- Pound garlic and chillies roughly in a pestle.
- Add dressing ingredients; mix.
- Toss papaya, tomatoes and green beans in dressing.
- Top with peanuts and coriander.
