Ingredients
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Large bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Use immediately for the freshest flavour — the garlic will mellow over time.
- Scatter over osso buco, roast lamb, braised lentils or grilled fish just before serving.
