Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and diced
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- Salt
- Dippers: carrot sticks, cucumber batons, celery, red pepper strips
Method
- Mash avocados roughly — leave some chunks for texture.
- Stir in lime juice, chilli, onion and coriander; season generously with salt.
- Serve immediately with veggie dippers.
