Hard-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: hot sauce, dukkah, za'atar

Method

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water.
  2. Bring to a full boil over high heat.
  3. Remove from heat, cover and leave exactly 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel and season with salt, pepper and your choice of topping.
