Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Optional: hot sauce, dukkah, za'atar
Method
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water.
- Bring to a full boil over high heat.
- Remove from heat, cover and leave exactly 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
- Peel and season with salt, pepper and your choice of topping.
