Ingredients
- 4 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 4 hibiscus tea bags)
- 1 litre boiling water
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint
- Ice, orange slices to serve
Method
- Steep hibiscus in boiling water for 10 min; strain.
- Stir in orange juice and honey while still warm.
- Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice with mint and orange slices.
