Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Mix all spices together thoroughly.
- Store in an airtight jar away from heat up to 6 months.
Tips
For a deeper flavour, toast the whole spices first and grind yourself. Use 1 tbsp per 400g of protein or veg.
