Ingredients
- 50g almonds
- 50g walnuts
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 30g dark chocolate chips (70%+)
- 30g dried cranberries
- Pinch of cinnamon and sea salt
Method
- Toast nuts and seeds in a dry pan 4–5 min until fragrant; cool.
- Mix everything together with a pinch of cinnamon and sea salt.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
- One serving = about 4 tbsp.
