Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Method
- Combine all dried herbs and spices in a bowl.
- Crush the fennel seeds lightly in a pestle and mortar first.
- Mix thoroughly and transfer to a jar.
- Use on pizza, pasta sauces, roasted chicken, focaccia and grilled fish.
- Best used within 6 months.
