Ingredients
- 400g Italian or pork sausages, sliced
- 2 x 400g tins white beans, drained
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 150g kale, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 400ml chicken stock
- Parmesan rind, olive oil to serve
Method
- Brown sausage slices; remove. Soften onion, garlic, fennel seeds and chilli in same pan.
- Add tomatoes, beans, stock and Parmesan rind; simmer 15 min.
- Return sausage; add kale and cook 5 min.
- Season; drizzle olive oil and serve with bread.
