Ingredients
- 2 large kale leaves, stems removed
- 2 green apples, cored
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Method
- Feed all ingredients through a juicer, or blend with 100ml water then strain.
- Add lemon juice; stir and taste.
- Serve over ice for best flavour.
