Ingredients
- 200g curly kale, tough stems removed
- 50g Parmesan, shaved
- 50g croutons
- 4 tbsp Caesar dressing
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
- Cracked black pepper
Method
- Massage kale with a pinch of salt for 2 minutes until softened.
- Rub the serving bowl with the cut garlic clove.
- Toss kale with Caesar dressing until well coated.
- Add Parmesan, croutons and anchovies if using.
- Finish with plenty of cracked black pepper.
