Ingredients
- 500ml plain or ginger kombucha
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 100ml mango juice
- Juice of 2 limes
- Ice, fresh mint, fruit slices to serve
Method
- Mix pineapple, mango and lime juice.
- Pour over ice in a large jug; top with kombucha.
- Stir gently to preserve fizz; garnish with mint and fruit.
