Kombucha Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 500ml plain or ginger kombucha
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml mango juice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Ice, fresh mint, fruit slices to serve

Method

  1. Mix pineapple, mango and lime juice.
  2. Pour over ice in a large jug; top with kombucha.
  3. Stir gently to preserve fizz; garnish with mint and fruit.
