Mango Sorbet

Three ingredients, no ice cream maker needed — pure tropical sunshine in a bowl.

Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave
  • Pinch of chilli powder (optional)

Method

  1. Freeze mango cubes for at least 4 hours.
  2. Blend frozen mango with lime juice and honey until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  4. Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
  5. Scoop into bowls and dust with chilli powder if using.
