Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- Pinch of chilli powder (optional)
Method
- Freeze mango cubes for at least 4 hours.
- Blend frozen mango with lime juice and honey until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness.
- Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Scoop into bowls and dust with chilli powder if using.
