Ingredients
- 1 frozen mango, cubed
- 1 frozen banana
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- The black pepper activates the curcumin in the turmeric — don't skip it.
