Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen mango, cubed
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. The black pepper activates the curcumin in the turmeric — don't skip it.
