Ingredients
- 1 tsp culinary matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water (not boiling)
- 300ml coconut milk, warmed or cold
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Method
- Whisk matcha with hot water until a smooth paste with no lumps.
- Add honey; whisk again.
- For hot latte: pour warm coconut milk over matcha paste; froth.
- For iced: pour matcha over ice, then pour cold coconut milk over.
