Ingredients
- ½ cantaloupe melon, balled or cubed
- 8 slices prosciutto, torn
- Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp honey
- Black pepper
Method
- Thread melon, prosciutto and mint alternately onto small skewers.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey.
- Finish with a crack of black pepper and serve immediately.
