Ingredients
- 10 nori sheets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of chilli flakes
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix sesame oil and soy; brush over one side of each nori sheet.
- Cut into quarters; lay on baking trays.
- Scatter sesame seeds and chilli flakes; bake 5–7 min until crisp.
- Cool completely — they crisp further as they cool.
