Ingredients
- 200g blanched almonds, soaked overnight
- 1 litre cold water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice to serve
Method
- Drain almonds; blend with water, cinnamon sticks, honey and vanilla until very smooth.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or muslin — squeeze well.
- Refrigerate; shake before serving over ice.
