Ingredients
- 150g rolled oats
- 80g wholemeal flour
- 80g coconut sugar
- 60g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 80g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Beat in melted butter, egg and vanilla.
- Fold in raisins.
- Scoop tablespoons onto the tray, press slightly flat. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.
