Overnight Oats with Berries

Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 80g rolled oats
  • 250ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, to serve

Method

  1. Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir the oats — they should be thick and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed.
  4. Top with berries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Tips

Make a batch of 4–5 jars at the start of the week for effortless breakfasts. Swap berries for sliced banana or mango in summer.
