Ingredients
- 80g rolled oats
- 250ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, to serve
Method
- Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats — they should be thick and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed.
- Top with berries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Tips
Make a batch of 4–5 jars at the start of the week for effortless breakfasts. Swap berries for sliced banana or mango in summer.
