Ingredients
- 300g whole almonds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Toss almonds with oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne and honey.
- Spread on a tray; roast 15 min, stirring once.
- Sprinkle with sea salt while warm; cool completely before storing.
